Online credit card transactions cannot be refunded or voided through this website. Once an order is submitted, any requests for refunds shall be resolved at BLTs, and must be done within 24 hours after placing the order. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
